t SaintArtPhilly, we’re all about making your shopping experience a great one. But sometimes, things don’t work out—and that’s okay. If your order isn’t quite what you hoped for, we offer free returns on eligible items to help make things right.

What’s Eligible for Free Returns?

Most of our products can be returned for free, unless otherwise noted on the product page.
You have 30 days from the delivery date to send it back.
Items must be unused, in original condition, and returned with their original packaging, tags, and labels.

How to Start a Return

Just email us at saintartphilly2023@outlook.com within 30 days of receiving your order.
Be sure to include:

Your order number
The item(s) you want to return
A short note about why you’re returning it

Our team will walk you through the process and send a return authorization or a prepaid return shipping label, if eligible.

Shipping Your Return

Stick the provided return label on the package and drop it off at your nearest shipping center. Easy as that!

Once We Get It Back

We'll inspect your return to make sure it meets the criteria.
If everything checks out, we’ll issue your refund to the original payment method within 3 business days.
Please note: it may take a little longer for the refund to show up in your account depending on your bank or payment provider.

What Can’t Be Returned?

Some items can’t be returned for hygiene or safety reasons, including:

Perishable items
Personal care items (like cosmetics, earrings, or underwear)
Customized or personalized items

These will always be clearly marked on the product page.

We understand that life happens. If you have a unique situation, contact us—we’ll do our best to help.
However, we reserve the right to refuse a return if the item doesn’t meet the conditions above. In some cases, a restocking fee may apply.
